When I started Lasting Dynamics Academy I already had a couple of years of experience in web development. Nevertheless, in just two months of time LD Academy helped me understand already familiar technologies more in-depth, learn new frameworks such as React Native and Next.js, and most importantly, extraordinarily improved my understanding of structured workflow in a project and agile methodologies.

The Lasting Dynamics Academy has been a really inspiring experience. Learning React Native with pros makes the learning process so much faster and enjoyable! Overall my mentors have been helping a lot through the whole learning path, they were always there there when I needed help and explained every topic ensuring that I had understood them completely.

LD Academy was a great experience. It wasn't like anything I expected. I ended up getting much more than what I had in mind. Everything went smoothly, the process was enjoyable and the knowledge of the mentor was mind-blowing. It gave me the grounds to become the developer I am today.

The Academy helped me to develop my skills and I learned a lot by doing. When I had some questions or problems that I didn’t know how to solve, my mentors helped me with them. What I liked about the Academy was that we didn’t have any boring lectures but we learned by solving problems.

Of course, the main benefit of the Academy for me is the job that I got after graduation. But even without this, the academy gave me a lot. Firstly, it expanded my roadmap and at the same time filled existing gaps in knowledge. Secondly, it showed the work standards of a modern software company, and now I know what development and communication should look like, and what to strive for. And, of course, I got to meet interesting and enthusiastic people, and this is always a pleasure for me!

What impresses me the most about Lasting Dynamics is the approach of the mentors. The academy consists of mentors who are encouraging you to be independent and self-motivated. They guide you on what you should learn and motivate you to grow by following the right path.

It was a wonderful learning experience. You are referred to all the suitable learning materials and told to focus on all the right things to learn and understand your weaknesses and blind spots. The Academy expanded my knowledge and showed me what I was missing to work in this industry.

My experience at LD academy has been exceptional. I enjoyed the process and acquired a lot. The content was well organized, focused on real practical situations, very clear, and easy to digest. I truly enjoyed the academy and learned a lot from it. The content is well organized and focused on practical situations from QA and development cycle. I particularly liked the detailed explanation of the methodologies, practices, and frameworks, Scrum especially! Having once-a-week academic discussions with other students on these topics expanded significantly my knowledge and improved my formal English which is a plus.
