About the role
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with experience using AI tools to join our team in Las Palmas. You'll work on real projects for international clients, contributing to both development and technical decisions, progressively building greater autonomy and architectural capability.
AI tools and autonomous agents are part of how we work. You'll use them to accelerate development, improve code quality, and explore more effective technical solutions, while maintaining direct responsibility over what you build.
This role is ideal for someone with 3 years of experience who wants to go beyond a purely execution-focused role, take on more responsibility, and grow as an engineer in a structured environment.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies
- Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to improve productivity and quality
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to system design
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews with a focus on quality and clarity
- Continuously improve your development workflow
Must-Have requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience building web applications (frontend + backend)
- Good understanding of clean code, testing, and maintainability
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar)
- Problem-solving mindset and growth orientation
- Good English communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of system design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience in teams with structured code reviews
- Interest in AI, LLMs, or automation
