About the role
We're looking for a Product Designer with experience using AI tools to join our team in Las Palmas. You'll work on real digital products for international clients, contributing to both user experience design and product solution definition, in close collaboration with developers and product owners.
AI tools are part of our design process. You'll use them to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping — improving the quality of decisions and iteration speed while maintaining strong ownership of the final outcome.
This role is ideal for someone with 3 years of experience who wants to move from UI/UX execution to product thinking, have greater impact on decisions, and grow in a structured, technical environment.

What You'll Do
- Design interfaces and user flows for web and mobile products
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to define solutions
- Use AI tools for research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Translate business requirements into clear, scalable design solutions
- Create and maintain coherent design systems
- Participate in rapid iterations and continuous product improvements
- Validate solutions through feedback and analysis
Must-Have requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer
- Experience designing digital products (web/mobile)
- Good understanding of UX, UI, and user-centered design principles
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to design
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Good English communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with structured design systems
- Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML/CSS, React)
- Experience with user research or usability testing
- Interest in AI, automation, and new design tools
- Experience in B2B contexts or complex products
