FWD is a leading, fast-growing insurance company with over than 10 million customers in 10 different markets. It is a different kind of insurance company and it's reshaping the way how people think about Insurance: led by customers and driven by technology. With Omne, FWD decided to make another step closer to their customers, developing a brand new mobile application full of free services, ranging between health and entertainment.

FWD is on a mission to change the way people feel about insurance. The company’s core values are technology, empowering people, enjoying life, and celebrating it. To help FWD, we created Omne: the mobile app for the future. Omne has different feature sets to give FWD values to the users: games, sketching activities, and a music streamer. Also, we added an AI-based health check feature to the app. Just in seconds, users are able to get information about their health.

Omne is something completely new in the insurance market because it doesn’t only allow you to keep track of your insurance policy but also offers a variety of content such as music, news, videos, and games. Everything in one single mobile app.

Digital Check

The Digi-Check includes three features that help you track your health in several aspects:

  • Mirror me is an AI-based health check feature added to the app. Just in seconds, users are able to get information about their body mass index, heart rate, mental stress, and some other information about their health.
  • Health-me synchronizes your smartphone native app for fitness with Omne to offer your more information based on your daily activities.
  • In the end, with Vax Protect and Child Immunization you can monitor what kind of vaccines you and your family can do based on your age.

Wanna play? Let’s play! Omne allows you to run casual games into the app and have fun during your downtime, like when you're on the bus on the commute to work.
