Children in chemotherapy depend on a central line, and up to a third develop an infection at the catheter site. Today the warning comes from a blood culture that takes 24 to 48 hours. NORA lets a parent photograph the site with a phone: the AI reads the image against the child's clinical history and flags the risk 18 to 24 hours earlier, when hours decide whether an infection stays manageable or turns into sepsis. Every alert comes with the reasoning behind it, so the clinician can see why and decides.

The MUSA ecosystem addresses critical challenges in pediatric oncology in the Campania region. We're developing an intelligent information system that improves care quality and patient outcomes.  Using a "Hub & Spoke" model, this system facilitates information sharing between specialized medical centers and peripheral facilities. By integrating advanced technologies such as 5G and AI, the project reduces healthcare costs and increases accessibility. It ensures even routine tests are efficiently managed.

Sensors, smart safety vests and inspection robots feed a real-time digital copy of the building site, so managers spot delays and hazards earlier and waste less material. Lasting Dynamics builds the platform, keeps the digital copy in step with the real site, and designs the dashboards and mobile app used on site.

An AI "Digital Mentor" visitors can talk to, plus an interactive narrative, turn Bruno's philosophy into something you explore rather than read. Four centuries ago he wrote about infinite worlds and the art of memory; ideas that speak directly to virtual worlds and AI today. Lasting Dynamics builds the Mentor platform, the app and the experience itself.
