Mid-Senior Backend Engineer

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer using Go and PostgreSQL.
In-depth knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, performance optimization, and database design.
Expertise in API design and development.
Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setup.
Nice to have
Experience with Python.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams and iterative delivery.
What you will do
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain server-side applications and services.
Build high-quality REST/gRPC APIs and microservices in Go.
Own PostgreSQL schema design, migrations, and data integrity.
Optimize performance, scalability, and responsiveness across services and databases.
Implement security and data-protection best practices end-to-end.
Ensure strong observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and reliability.
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, designers, QA, and DevOps.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues.
Stay current on emerging backend technologies and industry best practices.
Position Details
